Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NexoraFx. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using the NexoraFx platform ("Platform", "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
To access the Platform you must create an account by providing accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these terms.
You may use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial trading activities in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.

All deposits are subject to verification before being credited to your account. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and source of funds. Withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days following review and approval. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where we have reasonable suspicion of fraud or policy violations.
All trades placed on the Platform are subject to our published payout rates and expiry rules. The minimum stake per trade is set by the platform administrator and is displayed on the trading terminal. Trades cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Payouts are calculated and credited automatically upon trade expiry.
NexoraFx does not charge commission on trades. Certain withdrawal methods may carry network or processing fees which will be clearly displayed before you confirm a withdrawal. We reserve the right to introduce fees with reasonable advance notice.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the logo, design, charts, code, text and graphics, is the property of NexoraFx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. Market data is provided for informational purposes; we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexoraFx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the preceding 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any outstanding balance will be returned to you net of any applicable fees, subject to our Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
